At Sutherland Dental Group, we make it our mission to serve you quickly and comfortably. When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time to treat you. We schedule appointments for a specific amount of time, depending on the treatment you will receive. Every attempt is made to stay on schedule, however due to the delicate nature of some procedures, and our commitment to provide every patient we serve with skillful, quality dental treatment, sometimes appointments last longer than we anticipate. At Sutherland Dental Group, you can rest assured knowing that if you are experiencing a dental emergency and are in pain, we will work hard to fit you into our schedule.

Cancelling an Appointment
When you make an appointment, we allocate time in our schedule for you. We understand if you must cancel an appointment, but we require two business days (48 hours) notification. This allows our staff time to offer the appointment to another patient. Depending on the individual situation, a fee may be charged for missed appointments or short-notice cancellations.
We take emergency dental care very seriously. If you require immediate care due to an accident or tooth pain, please let us know. We will make every effort to treat emergencies as quickly as possible.
